MEET LIZ
Elizabeth “Liz” Vaysman, Esq. is a Fellow with the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York. She specializes in all aspects of adoption and reproductive law, having worked for a private adoption agency before starting her private practice in 2019. Liz guides clients through their family’s legal needs, whether understanding your options in adoption, or navigating assisted reproduction, such as drafting or reviewing contracts for fertility services, third party donation, or gestational surrogacy.
Liz is a Fellow with the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA), and a member of the American Bar Association Family Law Section and the Society for Ethics for Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS).
Liz earned her law degree from American University in Washington, D.C., and graduated with a degree in Finance and Political Science from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Active in her community, Liz serves as a pro bono attorney for foster youth with the Support Center for Child Advocates and as a Board Member & Secretary with the Legal Clinic for the Disabled.
